This was appointment #3 of 4 before we start retaking tests to see the affects of sorafenib. Ammonia level clocked in at 106 today. We were lucky to get that level as Caitlyn was stuck 3 times to draw blood. She didn’t want to part with any so to speak.

As a result of that and preparing for the future a picc line was installed in Caitlyn’s right arm today. She was not happy about this and I can’t say I blame her LOL.

Took 2 times to install the picc line and Caitlyn was great during the procedure! More good news, Caitlyn gained back another 3 pounds as of this appointment.

Next weeks appointment we will be scheduling CT Scans to determine the results of this round of treatment.
